Urbis, a project under the Development Innovations Group, focuses on capacity building in poor cities across the world. The challenge was to create a mark that would convey this idea. The logo needed to rest comfortably under the umbrella of the main organization’s brand, yet still be recognizable as a seperate project.
Stationery and other collateral were developed based on the new logo. The Urbis stationery was designed to complement the DIG company stationery, allowing it to stand out as its own program while still being recognizable to the company.
A book showcasing the organization’s largest capacity building projects was also created. This book, distributed globally, summarizes the organization’s work, overall goals, and potential success for current and future projects.
A website was designed specifically for Urbis, further extending the design direction of the other materials.
